This did not happen by chance…This most beautiful system of the sun, planets, and comets could only proceed from the counsel and dominion of an intelligent Being.”[x] Many may say that this is a “God of the gaps” argument, meaning that the Creationist view resorts to saying “God did it” rather than trying to understand it scientifically. Ultimately, because of probability, the naturalistic evolutionist needs more faith, because they have a weaker foundation when the say “the universe did it.”
