Which came first, the Chicken or the Egg?

Answering Tuesday’s question:

Which came first, the Chicken or the Egg?

We see in Gen 2 that Adam was created with enough intelligence (and maturity) to name the animals, so he was probably older than a child. We also see that God created the trees with fruit and seed in them which means that these are mature plants – since we know it may take years for some plants or trees to be old enough to have food. So we can probably say God created the mature chicken first (possibly with eggs or “seed” in it) and not just the egg.

Tune in tomorrow to find out if Adam and Eve had belly buttons!
