Cost

  • Students in AOI’s Training will pay a program fee of $725/month which includes a private bedroom and common area or $590/month which includes a shared room and common area.
    • **Save $250 ($7,250 $7,000 or $5,650 total) by paying upfront for 10 months (Aug 1 – May 31) of our program.
    • Full-time DCTA students will pay the additional program fee of $9,750 which covers textbook fees, instructional fees, U.S. field trips, group activities, outreach costs, etc, with the potential financial aid of $2,750.
      • This is actual Creation Ministry Outreach – your church, friends, family and others may want to support you as you come alongside AOI to minister to children and adults! We have resources that you can use to help you raise support. Contact us.
      • Can’t make it for the whole adventure? You can still be involved – contact us regarding coming for specific weeks!
  • Costa Rica Adventure Option: This Adventure and outreach is an additional estimated $2,900. (Cost is subject to change. This does not include extra personal expenses.)

Additional

  • $50 Application Fee. This fee is currently being waived!
  • $80 National Park Pass (Interagency Annual Pass) – must be valid between August – May.
  • Meals: Students are responsible for most of their own meals. Meals on major field trips and outreaches are provided.
  • Transportation: Bring your own vehicle or make arrangements to cost-share with another student. (Transportation is provided for official DCTA field trips.)
  • Laptop computer: Bring your own.

DCTA Tuition Payment Schedule:

      (Assuming student gains $2,750 of financial aid)

  • 1st payment of $5,750 $4,000 is due August 1st
  • Final payment of $4,000 $3,000 is due December 1st

Tuition Refund Policy:

DCTA is making a serious financial commitment regarding student education and we are looking for students who are equally committed. This is reflected in the following:

  • Aug 1st to Sept 1st:                          $2000 is non-refundable
  • After Sept 1st:                                  No refunds will be available
