Set-Up Information
Our goal is to make our Discover Creation seminars affordable and flexible. Often we are able to schedule more than one seminar per trip which allows groups to share transportation costs. We have a variety of seminar formats available and will work with you to design a seminar to fit the needs of your group.


Seminar formats include:
• Sunday Seminar (morning and evening)
• Two/Three Evening Seminars
• Week-end Seminar or Retreat
• Week-long Camp, Conference, or VBS
• Homeschool Conferences
• Public/Christian School or University Programs

We Provide:
• Set-up Manual, checklists, and publicity materials
• Advice and assistance in setup and promotion
• High quality speakers and programs
• Excellent selection of creation books and videos

You Provide:
• Appropriate facility
• Leg-work in setting-up and promoting seminar
• Printing and/or reimbursment for promotional materials
• Helpers for set-up
• Lodging (quiet motel, home with adequate privacy, or RV space)

Cost:
We try to keep costs as low as possible. We ask for expenses plus a love offering from the attendees. An additional honorarium is encouraged, but not required.

Expenses Include:
• Transportation (actual airfare, or 40.5 cents per mile round trip per vehicle)
• Reimbursement for bulletin inserts and posters
• Craft supplies (Children’s program only) $1/child
